Dealer Policy
Introduction
This Dealer Policy outlines the terms and conditions for authorized dealers of Tyremart Nepal. It ensures fair business practices, protects brand value, and builds long-term relationships with our dealer network.
Eligibility
- Dealers must have a valid business license and GST/PAN registration (as applicable).
- Minimum purchase order requirements must be met to qualify as an authorized dealer.
- Dealers should have a physical store/garage or an established online sales platform.
Pricing & Payment Terms
- Dealers will receive products at pre-approved wholesale/dealer prices.
- Payment terms: [Advance / Credit period if applicable].
- Prices are subject to change with prior notice based on raw material costs, demand, or market trends.
Ordering & Delivery

Warranty & Returns

Dealer Responsibilities
- Promote and sell products under the official brand name without alterations.
- Maintain ethical business practices and avoid counterfeit or parallel products.
- Provide after-sales support to customers in line with company standards.
- Avoid unauthorized discounts or undercutting that may harm brand reputation.
Marketing & Branding
- Dealers may use official logos, brochures, and promotional material provided by the company.
- Any independent advertising must be pre-approved by the company.
- Online listings must follow brand guidelines for pricing, product descriptions, and images.
Termination of Dealership
The company reserves the right to terminate the dealership if:
- Dealer violates pricing/branding policies.
- Payment defaults occur repeatedly.
- Misrepresentation of products or brand misuse is found.
Governing Law
This policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Nepal.
